Themis Giachos, Founder and Managing Director
With over 50 years of experience in operations and engineering, Themis is a visionary and leader in the marine industry. His work spans from cargo and passenger ships to private yachts, and his lifelong career ranges from turning wrenches in the shipyard to leading new ship designs. He has completed thousands of projects on work boats, cargo ships, ferries, cruise ships, and yachts. His wealth of knowledge still drives our innovation and excellence today.
Anamaria Giachos, Co-founder and President
Anamaria is the co-founder and serves as the President of Maritime Diesel Electric. Born in Chile, Anamaria has a passion for serving others, and she has infused this passion into our leadership team. Her devotion and commitment to delivering best-in-class service have allowed Maritime to adapt efficiently by introducing new technology, implementing continued process optimization, and driving growth. She has maintained our ship afloat since the company’s inception.
